・I am not registered under the invoice system. Therefore, for taxable businesses, I will accommodate by adjusting the 　amount in advance according to the transitional measures for input tax credit.

　Payment is required in advance as a general rule.

・Cancellation Policy
　In case of cancellation, a fee will be charged based on the progress of the work.
　Refunds will be processed according to the client's preference as much as possible, but any transaction fees incurred will be the 　client's responsibility.

・Regarding Secondary Use

　If the artwork is used for purposes other than those specified at the time of the request, additional fees for secondary use may apply.
　Please make sure to contact me before using the artwork for a different purpose.

・Regarding Revisions

　▪During the rough sketch & composition stage, up to two revisions are free. From the third revision onward, additional fees will 　　apply.

　▪After the finalization stage, any revisions will incur additional fees.

　▪If the revision is due to my mistake or is based on my suggestion, no additional fees will be charged.
